CENTERPIECE
The centerpiece of the Garden of Eden
was the Tree of Life.  
 
The centerpiece of the camp of the twelve tribes
in the wilderness was the tabernacle.
 
The centerpiece of the tabernacle
in the wilderness was the Holy of Holies.
 
The centerpiece of the Holy of Holies
in the tabernacle in the wilderness
was the Ark of the Covenant
covered by the Mercy Seat.
 
The centerpiece on the hill called Calvary
was the cross of Christ.
 
The centerpiece of the empty tomb
was the blood-stained rock slab
and the abandoned grave clothes.  
 
The centerpiece of New Jerusalem
will be the throne of God
with full access to the
River of Life and the Tree of Life.  
 
Center…peace.
